Salon 2002

Maison Salon is a unique and special Champagne producer that is committed to "single year, single plot, single varietal" wines. Using only one hectare of its own vineyard and carefully selected plots from contracted farmers, the wines are produced only in great vintages, and traditionally aged for a minimum of 10 years in bottle, resulting in extremely complex and refined flavors.
