Les Chemins Davies is a special Champagne from a single plot (single vineyard), a Blanc de Blancs (a white grape/wine made entirely from Chardonnay) made using only carefully selected Chardonnay from the Grand Cru vineyards in the village of Avize, with very little (or no) dosage (added sugar), allowing for a pure expression of the terroir.
