Château Rauzan-Ségla is a prestigious Château ranked second growth in the Médoc. Owned by the Chanel family, renowned for Coco Chanel, the Château's sense and passion are infused into its winemaking. Produced in the ideal gravelly soil in the heart of Margaux, its wines are characterized by suppleness, finesse, and refined elegance. It is truly a symbol of "feminine Margaux." 2015 was a year blessed with exceptionally warm and dry weather conditions. This vintage saw the harvest of very healthy, ripe grapes with intense flavor. This wine is primarily Merlot, blended with Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The aroma is rich and harmonious, with notes of blackberry, plum, spice, and tobacco. The palate is elegant and complex, with a well-balanced blend of firm tannins and fresh acidity. This wine has excellent aging potential and can be enjoyed for a long time. |
