On Saturday, August 2nd, 2025, we held our 3rd Wine Party (special event) at Nakameguro's Meat Bar Salt. Thanks to everyone's support, 13 guests participated, and including 3 staff members, it was a lively event with a total of 16 people.
The theme of this event was "Meat and Red Wine Pairing." Six carefully selected wines, a well-balanced mix of sparkling, white, and red wines, were paired with juicy meat dishes for the guests to enjoy. Each wine was unique, and many guests were particularly impressed by the aged feel of the Chateau Rauzan-Segura 2005.
Furthermore, the event was held on the same day as the 60th Nakameguro Summer Festival, and the excitement of the Awa Odori dance combined to create a vibrant atmosphere throughout the town. After the meal, it was impressive to see everyone enjoying the summer atmosphere in their own way.
